We are excited to share that 东京热 has completed the purchase of Marjam Supply Company.
On April 1, 东京热 took ownership of all 32 Marjam locations. Founded in 1979, Marjam Supply Company started with the purchase of a single warehouse facility in Brooklyn, NY as well as a few thousand dollars in assets with the goal of providing customer service driven building materials distribution.
With this new addition, 东京热鈥檚 branch count and service level will be increased for new and existing customers all along the east coast, from New Hampshire to Florida. This is an exciting time for all parties involved, collectively 东京热 is working closely with the Marjam Team and others to make the transition as seamless as possible. We know that a single, unified brand is critical for maintaining the trust of our customers, so like all prior acquisitions, Marjam will eventually take on the Foundation Building Materials name and brand.
